my sick pay has been stopped because ive been on the sick for quite a while with a broken arm, does anyone know if i can claim a benefit until i go back to work?

Hi,
You may be entitled to ESA (Employment Support Allowance), this is a new benefit which started last year and will eventually replace Incapacity Benefit and Income Support.
You need to contact Job Centre Plus on 0800 0556688 to see exactly where you stand with your current situation... good luck
